「多元文化夢飛翔計劃」(2015/16)(計劃)已圓滿結束,計劃為來自31間學校,共704名非華語中學生提供學生培訓課程、職場走訪及工作體驗活動,以促進學生將他們的生涯志向與職場世界連繫起來。“Multicultural Dream Pursuit Project” (2015/16) (project) was successfully completed. Training sessions, career visits and job shadowing exercises were provided for 704 Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) students from 31 secondary schools to connect their aspiration and pathway with their studying at school. |

活動讓學生認識IVE校園,並了解IVE的高級文憑課程及Youth College的專職文憑課程,如認識IVE的資訊科技學系的課程內容,參觀並親身體驗Youth College的專業美容課程,及早讓學生計劃升學出路。The event gave students an opportunity to visit the IVE campus and to learn more about IVE's Higher Diploma programs and Youth College's full-time diploma programs, including visiting IVE’s Information Technology Department, and experiencing Youth College's Business and Service programs. This can guide students to plan for their further pathway as soon as possible. |

兩天姊妹學校交流團A Two-day Partnership Schools Exchange Tour |

本校教師專業展組於2016年12月16日及17日舉辦了兩天姊妹學校交流團,分別到廣州思源學校、廣州第二師範學院番禺附屬中學交流。其中在廣州思源學校,本校老師觀摩了學校不同學科的課堂,了解姊妹學校推行「自主學習」學習策略的情況;另外,在廣州第二師範學院番禺附屬中學,本校老師亦與內地教師進行交流,認識廣州的教育政策和文化,獲益良多。A Two-day Partnership Schools Exchange Tour was organized by the Teacher Professional Development Group on 16 & 17 December 2016. We visited two sister schools in Guangzhou, namely Guangzhou Siyuan School and Panyu High School Affiliated To Guangdong University of Education. On the first day, we divided into groups and had class observation in different lessons. Through the exchange, we could learn Autodidacticism in the education area from Guangdong Siyuan School. On the second day, we explored the education policies and culture in Guangzhou through a conference with the Principal and senior teachers at Panyu High School Affiliated To Guangdong University of Education. |

「學校起動」計劃獎學金頒授典禮2016/17由九龍倉集團主辦的「學校起動」計劃,已於2016年12月17日假香港中文大學逸夫書院大講堂舉行「『學校起動』計劃獎學金頒授典禮2016/17」。今屆共有73位學生獲頒獎學金,2015-16年度畢業生宋可新更有幸獲選。典禮完結後,老師及同學參加大會舉辦的中文大學導賞團,認識歷史悠久的香港中文大學。是次活動具啟發性,鼓勵學生積極向上,回饋社會。WeCan Scholarship Presentation Ceremony 2016/17Spearheaded by The Wharf (Holdings) Limited, WeCan Scholarship Presentation Ceremony 2016/17 was held at the Lecture Theatre, Shaw College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) on 17 December 2016. This year, our alumni Utshav Subba was honorably awarded. Teachers and students also participated the school tour organized by Project We Can after the ceremony. Students were motivated by this activity and encouraged to actively participate in community services. |
