Subject Introduction and Features

Junior Science serves as the gateway for students to explore the natural world. Our curriculum is built around a "Hands-on" approach, transforming abstract theories into engaging experiments. A key highlight is our "Inquiry-based Learning" model, which encourages students to move beyond textbooks to find answers through observation, hypothesis, and verification. We also prioritize interdisciplinary STEAM activities, empowering students to apply scientific knowledge to solve real-life challenges.

Course Objectives

  • To stimulate students' curiosity and spirit of exploration regarding science.
  • To develop fundamental scientific skills, including safe laboratory practices and data handling.
  • To build rigorous logical thinking and scientific inquiry capabilities.
  • To foster an understanding of the interconnectedness between Science, Technology, Society, and the Environment (STSE).
